These metal drill bits made of HSS is ideal for drilling into hard materials such as steel. The 118° tip angle makes pilot drilling easier and ensures fast drilling progress; the ground cutting edge ensures excellent drilling performance during continuous use. The bit is precision ground for high true running accuracy; the increasing core provides high stability and minimises the risk of breakage. The decreasing diameter reduces heat build-up and thus helps to preserve the drill bit and materials. The large chip guide groove ensures effective chip removal. The metal drill bit is available in different sizes and has a ¼" hexagon shank for quick tool changes in bit holders. It is compliant with DIN 338.
